Description
An sculptural form comprising two parts. The main body is a vessel with a boat-shaped footprint. The surface has a combed wave texture with a variety of stamped shapes affixed: aeroplanes, clouds, human figures, fish, flowers and food. The recesses of these designs are glazed in matte blue. The top edge is finished with a roll of dark blue glazed clay. The 'lid' is shaped like a hill with a village/town scene on top: houses with different coloured roofs, trees and grass.
