Description
A scene of Nelson Haven with the Tasman Ranges in the background, Fifeshire Rock in the midground and Rocks Road under construction in the foreground. There is a boat at centre, presumably crewed by construction workers, departing from an area of earthworks and scaffolding at the base of the cliff face. Stoneeworks are evident along the bottom edge at centre.
