Landscape tondo with 'Mainstreet Modernism' written in the style of a embroidery sampler. The landscape is based on Colin McCahon's painting of Nelson hop houses and the text is based on the artist mishearing McCahon saying 'Mainstreet' when he actually was refering to mainstream modernism.
