A view of Harwood's Hole, the largest sinkhole in the Southern Hemisphere, located on the summit of Takaka Hill. The photograph is taken from an upper rim of the hole looking down to a lower platform where the artist's children are positioned near the edge (centre, centre lower left, centre right). The photograph also captures the distinctive limestone karst landscape on Takaka Hill, which is described as part of 'Marble Country'.
